You seem to value something on whether or not it has done anything for you. I've said this before, but that's selfish. These whales are just as much of a living being as you are. They have a brain like us, they think, experience emotions, etc.

can exploit them is no reason
to exploit them, unless you're a pleasure-seeking, heartless opportunist.
