For sure. Off-topic is the only place that really suffers from the worst this place has to offer, so it's pretty easy to walk away if a convo took a turn in a direction that you're not cool with.

It's not like I'm super uptight about banter, but my last community turned into something gross because they adapted a 4chan-like attitude. It just put me off, specially considering I had to moderate it. *vomits*
