I find it strange that the image is actually saying WISH YOU WERE HERE? in the form of a question rather than the usual, "Wish you were here(!)"
Perhaps 0451 is the factory number for Soulstorm Brewery? Similar to how Rupturefarms was RF1029.
E: Soulstorm Brewery was actually SoulStorm Brewery 401, similar numbers but definitely not 0451, unless they retcon the factory number or use it for a different facility.
