I have a program that streches the picture so it fits the screen. This way you can use any picture you want as a wallpaper. (actually I have 3 programs that can do that)

- Tucows desktop themes (a theme program, but maybe microsoft Plus! can do the same?) Sorry, I got it from a demo CD, so I can't give an url.
- Coffee Cup Picture viewer (sorry, again no url)
- ScreenPaver (This program allows you to use your own pics as a screensaver, just by adding the right folders. You can also choose to use the last pic as wallpaper. Again you can choose if you want the paper streched or not, same proportions or complete full screen) downloadpage for screenpaver
