You could always play Civilization IV and deforest the world, refuse to build any health-producing buildings, keep the slavery civic well into the modern era, make all other civilizations your vassals or simply eradicate them one by one with superior technology, refuse to adopt any religion, nuke most cities on the map to cause global warming (somehow) and take advantage of all natural resources for profit.
If you find a mod that makes all troops look like sligs, it'd be even better.
