It's the most violent game I've ever seen. It's massively, complexly gruesome and disgusting; I was offended by the cinematic trailer they released. It's so indulgent and spectacularly bloody. I want to play it so bad.

Actually not sure if this is sarcasm.
The way I see it is, good gore can enhance a game like this, but it doesn't make it. Maybe I'm being too harsh based of what I've seen and heard, but I have low expectations.
I have good second hand reports that the multiplayer is trash though, from the extensively leaked alpha.
