I find it interesting how people from non-English-speaking countries use translated versions of Windows, except Romanians. Probably has something to do with the fact that most copies of Windows here either are pirated or they used to be pirated so people got used to English.
I know it's weird for me to use any software in a language other than English.
Also, whoa. Quick Launch. I just pin stuff to my Start Menu.

It's a matter of being used to things I guess. Games I always want to play in English (except for The Sims, which I always play in Dutch). But I've always used Windows in Dutch.
As for the quickbar, I've never been able to get used to this new interface Microsoft tried to push with Windows 7 where everything was pinned to the taskbar or something, so I revived the quickbar and always make my taskbar look more like the retro Windows UI. I do have stuff pinned to the start menu, but certain things are just easy to have handy with a single click instead of two.
