maybe it just doesn't suit him, or maybe he's exaggerating. personally i've never known that to be a common experience. i've heard people say "man, i can't get up" when they're stoned and sitting down, but that's just because they're relaxed. it doesn't literally stop you walking properly. alcohol stops you walking properly.

Judging by the sound of it, I think he might have been exaggerating a bit, but I wasn't completely sure since I've never smoked weed before. So I'd be lying if I said I actually knew when it felt like to be high, but going by what I've been told, I'm wondering if he was just under the impression that he couldn't walk because of how relaxed he was. I dunno.
