A few weeks ago I got dumped by my boyfriend barely five minutes after talking about how I was excited to finally experience a Valentine's Day in a relationship. Awkward.
But not as awkward as when we went to the theatre on Thursday and laying on the armrest between our seats was an envelope addressed to his ex (who had bought the season pass for him). Inside was a Valentine's themed thankyou note from the theatre. So, basically, he was reading a Valentine's addressed to his ex, while standing next to his other ex. Thankfully we both thought it was funny.
As for Valentine's Day itself... I hung out with a fuckbuddy and got really high and watched John Oliver and had sex twice in short succession. Which has never happened before, but was rather enjoyable.
