People like this need mental help.
It's sometimes really hard being a fan of something. A fan of anything even.
It can completely ruin something for someone and even make you avoid it.
I've never seen Steven Universe, and this has really put me off watching it. If the fans go out their way and harass the creators. Just fuck everything about that.

That's why I don't participate in fandoms. Communities are fucking toxic 99.9% of the time. People should start thinking like individuals as opposed to pack animals.
