Your crazy. A lot of people still love vinyl. Sure it's not the main form of music media nowadays, but that hasn't stopped anyone enjoying them.

Also. It depends on what you define "worthy" as. Do you mean the type of music? Cause in my books. Anything is worthy of a physical release. So I say why the heck not?
I've never found the music in Oddworld extremely amazing. It fits the game world and as a score it sounds okay, but none of the soundtracks Oddworld has ever put out is something that will blow you away IMO. Nothing close to the soundtracks of say Mass Effect, BioShock, Fallout... Even though I'd easily mention Oddworld in the same line of games for the amazing story telling. It's just that the soundtracks have always been extremely generic and bland IMO.

To put it differently; I listen to a lot of soundtracks from games and movies and such. Far more than any other type of music. And while I do have all of the Oddworld music in my library, I can't remember the last time I actually listened to them because I honestly don't like listening to them without playing the game.
