I have almost the same GPU as yours (Mine is a 660TI) and it ran the game flawlessly.
You should be fine.

Nope, the 650m isn't
anything like the 660Ti, unfortunately.
I'd agree with Manco. You might be able to get 60+fps at 720p on max but I doubt you will at 1080p.
