I don't really like it... I mean, it would be nice, but it's utopian. Really, I doubt the admins would let it happen, members would get jealous and feelings would be hurt. And it would be pretty hard to pick who gets to go to the special *drools* forum, and who doesn't. (of course there are some who obviously won't get in...)
