I personally don't like this very much. I don't think the new forum would be very popular, and would probably die pretty soon after its conception.
However, I do offer this list of other alternative solutions to the "problem":
1. Outright banning of the more moronic members.
The problem with this is that most of them are just annoying through sheer ignorance, so we wouldn't really have an excuse.
2. The restricting of the younger forumers to Zulag 1.
I like this idea because it would leave us still with an Open Forum, mainly, and most of the younger members spend most of their time in Zulag 1 anyway, while the older members tend to spend more time in Zulag 2. The downside to this is that people could easily lie about their age when joining. At least one forumer appears to have done this already, although I won't name names... (Let's just call him Mr. P, shall we?)
3. Make me a moderator of Off-Topic Discussion.
Oh yeah, Vote for me! I'd soon get this place straightened out...
I live on the other side of the world from the Admins, as well, so I'd be able to Moderate at different times to them...
