In terms of what we know of inter-species culture and history on Oddworld, there really are no exact parallels with human history.
Both the glukkons and mudokons were tribal long ago, the mudokons became enslaved and the glukkons prospered on their backs.
I think the English did something similar to the Irish, but still that story doesn't make for an Oddworldian analogue.
