The teams never have an issue because I'm transgender, they literally kick me off because I'm a woman. It just kept happening.

Two things wrong with that:
1. Getting kicked off your team and replaced with a BOT of average or so skill, requires majority team vote.
2. Being transgender is irrelevant because your team would not know about it.
The fact that they
never had an issue with it, means you brought it to their attention.
