Of the ones I posted, Primordia is my favourite, probably followed by Gemini Rue, then Botanicula.
I liked Machinarium, though. The puzzle with the fan robot was a fantastic piece of design.
A dozing vent-bot to a greenhouse has a mouth full of rotors. When you approach, it growls and the rotor blades judder threateningly. It then asks you simple logic questions. Answer a question right, and it nods sagely and goes back to sleep.
But to actually get into the greenhouse, you have to answer all of its questions wrong, making it judder with rage so hard that its motor burns out and its blades fly loose, allowing you to pass through.
