Actually, the story board didn't include that line. I added it while putting the comic together because I wanted there to be a signal in that frame that she was already done hearing about it. I honestly think the comic is better with that line in.

Edit: Also, this stuff is pretty one sided. She is definitely in the power position in this relationship except for the very rare occasion when I actually get irritated with her. And that really never has anything to do with stuff like this. She gets her way 99 percent of the time because she knows that her getting her way makes me happy. And when she sees that I need to get my way, I get it, but I'm pretty simple. It doesn't take much more than sex, and some pot at the end of the night to keep me happy.
