[Jacob]

*Setting: Outside the Nightclub. Jake is sat on the top of a flat roof lit by the moonlight, his legs dangling over the edge as he looks over the Club which isn't his anymore. The Neon sign pulled down and the song 'Wait and Bleed' by Slipknot playing loudly. Sillouettes of Glukkons in the office windows above the club could be seen, they were laughing and joking. Sligs guarding them and 2 Crates guarding the doors of the Club...most likely employed as Bouncers.*

Jake sighed. He had lost everything...his home, his buisness, his money and his best friend. Barker...that bastard. A tear ran down Jakes face and he inched himself closer off the edge. Preparing to jump. The music seemed to be getting louder and as it did it seemed to focus around the subject of murder. He coughed and closed his eyes...readying himself to jump.

Voice: "Ahhh...suicide...how un-original and bland."

Jake was startled and opened his eyes quickly. His claws grabbing the edge to steady himself. Without turning around he asked.

Jake: "Who are you...what do you want?"

Voice: "You could call me a friend...possibly a legend."

Jake shuffled back from the edge and turned around. A figure was enveloped in shadow and speaking softly. The form seemed to be of a Orkhid, although he didn't know for sure as the scent was different.

Voice: "No...dont stop the entertainment because of me. Please...carry on, i would love to see a suicide caused by that of lies."

A small chuckle followed that sentence.

Jake: "What do you mean 'By lies'?"

Voice: "You mean you dont know? The Glukkons have truely shafted you and your opposition from your nightclubs...You foolish creature. You thought they won the deal fair and square!?"

Jake stood up, brushing his suit off.

Jake: "How do you know about the deal!? And no, i knew about the drink...too late though."

Voice: "Indeed...and where was your Lawyer when you needed him, eh?"

Jake: "Barker was out...i couldn't get a hold of him. What sort of a question is that!?"

The voice seemed to get deeper and a two flash' simutaneously appeared. Jake figured they were its eyes.

Voice: "An interesting one...i know the truth. Barker was in on the deal to make you bankrupt. Although, i dont expect a creature like you to realise that."

Jake: "Dont lie. Barker is alot of things but he wouldn't do that!!"

The figure outstretched a arm, its hand facing upwards. Its hand was definatly Orkhid like.

Voice: "You want to see for yourself?"

Jake didn't have anything to lose and met his hand with his claw. As soon as he did he felt a surge of power and hatred coil around him, his head cocked upwards and a blinding light entered his eyes.
