I managed to beat New 'n' Tasty Hard Mode with chapter resets in around 3:24. Took me a few days to do and I just need to get my time done under 3 hours now to win that trophy!

Sub 2 hours is easy. But I guess you have been playing on normal for a while.
But u dont need to play on hard to get the New n Hasty trophy.
