Kaelin was asleep on duty again (well its is really exiting watching muds scrub isn't it)
he opened an eye and scanned across his time table....oh looky it was his turn for night watch within a few mins.
he groaned he was a highly trained mercinary dammit he shouldn't be doing this! though he had been employed here for a week to guard the place as eerie things had been reported such as aqua monsters coming from the edges of the muddy lakes and taking live sligs into the stuff drowned and then eaten. Kaelin didn't belive a word of it but he never quit a job. he made his way across onto a looming tree branch overlooking the marsh and sat down. he saw some thing sliding through the sludge he aimed his rifle at it and waited for it to move closer.
Marquark swam through the marsh easily his webbed hands alowed him to move quickly through the stuff. it was his turn to hunt today so because of the shortage of fish from the pollution recently he would have to kill a worker slig or a mudo
so he made his way to the surface and scanned the area.
