Graced...

The clouds broke with a horrible clash of thunder. Electricity darted around them, ripping into them like a predator into its fleshy food. Then it emerged. Children from a nearby village saw it first, they were graced with the sight of an 'Angel'. Although it wasn't quite what they were looking for. The creature was black, it resembled a Demon or...possibly the 'Angel of Death' , but their desperation for help dismissed that fact. As they watched it seemed to land just behind a forest, possibly inside...they did not know. With screams of glee and laughter the village hadn't heard for weeks the children headed towards the area in which they thought it would be in. Their ragged clothes clinching to them as if for dear life. It wasn't easy being on the bottom of the food chain practicly. They were hated by many races, so many. A little girl darted on ahead, her feet moving as quickly as they could go. She smashed through the shrubbery with amazing ease. Leaping over dead and fallen logs, crawling with edible treats. Her race had been trodden on since their opposition had gained power. This is why she ran so fast, in hope that this 'Angel' would help. She leapt the last fallen, rotting log and finally came to the opening. She could see the Angel, it seemed to shimmer, its black wings retracting ever so gracefully. Its eyes seemingly glowing.

Girl: "H-hey...you an Angel?"

The creature looked at her, she was out of breath and bent over panting. Her hands resting on her knee's as the other children caught up. The 'Angel' smirked at her and then spoke to itself in its native dialect.

Creature: *Translated* "Im in Dimension 2:16. I sense nothing of his pressence. Only those Orkhids and that is all. Making my way to a new Dimension."

Girl: "Ummm...you speak like me?"

She pointed to her mouth, smiling in a friendly manner. The creature merely smiled back and then held its hand out and moved forwards slowly. Ripples in the air seemed to appear, and its hand disserpeared into them. It was like it was water, only not. Slowly, its whole body got submerged and then disserpeared. The children gawped in awe at this trick and jumped around the place were the 'Angel' once was...but nothing. They played a while after that...in the same spot, hoping, praying that the 'Angel' would come back. It never did. And the screams and cries of their families disturbed them from their happy, fantasy world as the Mudokon troops attacked the village...the last village in 18 square miles. They were to be slaves, just as their Orkhid brothers...

(OOC: I would like a little bit of feed back here please. Could some one just say 'Good' or 'Rubbish' or something, and then i can PM them and ask why.)
