This thread is just the perfect breeding ground for spin-off discussions. “Hey I’m playing [game]” “hey I like [game] what do you think of it” etc.
Discussions about games spawn much more naturally when they get mentioned here than if people go out of their way to post a separate thread about it.

The first and second Spyro games are awesome. (3rd was also great but I didn't care for the multiple characters angle) I still love the first game the most because of the dialogues from saved dragons and the gnorcs who mooned you in the second world. I think I need to replay Spyro 1 right now actually.

You’re maybe one of like two people I’ve seen who list the first game as their favorite. Personally I prefer the third – not so much because of the characters themselves, but because there feels like there’s more personality and humor in the game. #2 is probably the best from a pure gameplay perspective though.

The only PS2 spyro game I really liked was Dawn of the Dragon, the final one before Skylanders.

The Legend trilogy is awful though. Who thought a purple dragon voiced by Elijah Wood would be taken seriously?
