Afair the HD version has never been ported to pc. And to this day I'm not sure if they REALLY put any HD textures/models in HD version instead of just upping the res.

According to the Ubisoft website the HD version has "full HD 1080p graphics, enhanced character models, upgraded textures, and a remastered musical score."
