Yeah, you MAY reduce taxes but what other policies will you introduce?

I studied propaganda in year 9 and I know what techniques you're using to try and sway the voters.
You don't need to sway the voters though, do you? You could just exclude all states from the elections and put all your supporters in Wisconsan! Much cheaper than bribing the WHOLE country.
