I'm also still unsure who this "secret" character is.. If it's in Alf's bar.. Theres literally the drunk slig, and 3 passed out sligs. thats all i can literally see.

I just watched the part in youtube and it's true that it's not easy to spot. To be fair I didn't notice it on my own either. The green light in Alf's Brew is definitely not helping.

The special character is indeed one of the passed out sligs.

It's the one still at the bar.

His skin is actually white.
