Yep, I still can't access either Alf's Escape or the costume DLC, all there is in the extras menu is Leaderboards, Movie Player and Credits, and nothing suggested in the thread in the Oddworld Help section has worked for me :'(

We've not authorised or suggested any particular workaround involving safe mode, etc. Especially as each case is individual.
For Alf, if you pre-ordered we're waiting on a solution - there's little you can do unfortunately as it appears pre-order downloads for the DLC simply aren't working.
Scrub Abe should just be a download though from the Store, although you might have to do a 'restore licenses' on your PS4.
