Soulstorm Brewery is probably my least favourite area from both games. It looks really quite ugly, like it was the last thing they got to and ran out of ideas.

I've always quite liked SoulStorm. I thought the spaces/backgrounds were always interesting, and they felt free to use a variety of colors, instead of sticking to a specific theme that other Exoddus locales seem to have (Necrum Mines = Blue, Mudanchee = Pink/Red, Mudomo = Purple/Indigo, Slig Barracks = Green etc)
Look at that tasty variety!
