Hi Connell. Apologies for this problem!
We're thinking this may be due to the trophy conditions being checked when you reach the game ending (the end of The Boardroom). If you complete The Boardroom chapter again it should be unlocked (possibly even if you don't improve your time for that chapter).
Could you try that and let us know if it works?
If it does, we will try to get that fixed in the next patch so the trophy is checked at the end of every chapter, when your chapter times are updated.

Only trophy I'm missing now is the Kill Sligs in 15 different ways. You'd think beating the game in under 3 hours would be the bigger challenge!
