I also had an issue with the last free fire zone secret. the slogs never woke up unless i ran into them. and the birds wouldn't arrive because the slogs were there. Managed to fix it by restarting the chapter though.
Also the scrabania bit with the two mines that you roll under with the sligs in the background, because of how slow abe rolls, the sligs kill you all the time. Luckily my game glitched out and the mines never exploded.
