I do feel for JAW. It seems this is really quite out of their hands. I believe they do have the best intentions though for us, why wouldn't they want to provide us with stuff they've slaved over for years? But at the same time, I hope we do not get disappointed.

Ha. No. That's really not the issue. The issue is a combination of entitlement, selfishness, and being stingy little shits. Give them all of the information, and you will still have the same problem. Guaranteed.
