Well that is bullshit. Im willing to pre order to the game to get the extras for free but there is no fucking way I am going to pay for them after paying for the game just because I live outside the USA. Im surprised that region ever matters here, i would have thought that given Im buying it for the PS4 that the offer would be available worldwide.

As Jaw_Alex said, despite JAW's intentions to do so the video game business can be fickle. So they'll only guarantee what they can guarantee and say they hope they are able to deliver the same for others.
Obviously if it was as simple as you think it should be we'd have that guarantee. But it seems that region
does matter.

Ouch, now I feel kind of bad to have reported it, on the other hand, how could I have known, I just checked out oddworld.com, saw the new picture and the link to the pre-order page and did what I always do: rush here and let OWF know.

I wasn't saying that you announced it too early but that Oddworld might have changed the website too early or didn't intend for the Alf/Costume pre-order to be viewed this early since they cannot give details on it for a few more days.
