The new scenes. I'm a bit gutted they changed Rupture Farms if I'm honest. I try to avoid nitpicking little things but this to me is a huge deal. As much as I like the design (as a design), I don't think it fits what Rupture Farms is. A dirty, polluted, unhygienic hell hole. Heath & Safety worst nightmare. This looks too clean, modern and... well not a meat processing plant.

TOO CLEEEEANNNNN
Also, I'm insanely bothered that the very first thing introduced in the game has been changed so significantly? Just visually the original and the new version are so drastically different, it's going to have an impact of the overall tone of the game and how the story's executed.
This wouldn't be a problem if it weren't a remake of the first game in the series. I don't care if this "fits the original vision better" or not. The game and story of AO were presented a certain way. It was published. Completely changing it after it's been out there for well over a decade is like punching everyone who ever fell in love with the original team's work and how it was portrayed right in the genitals and twisting your fist a little to add additional injury.
You can still progress a story into the direction you initially wanted to go and people will be able to ease into that pretty well?? Why would you completely change how a story started like that???????? The story told might be the same, but the way it's told can have a huge impact on people YOU KNOW
:
The boardroom looks good, Mollock looks great and the image of Lulu took me my surprise. Perhaps a bit of foreshadowing to a future Oddworld game? Or I'm I looking too much into it again? (probably the latter, I'm good at doing that.)

Pretty sure that's just a way of connecting the story and acknowledging the events pre MO. Lulu was constantly laughed at for being a lazy fuck in-universe anyways.
