Alright, so the eagle eyed amongst you may have noticed that there indeed was not a demo at the start of March. My apologies for that. This project is still very much alive however I'm currently working on
what the game is, rather than
how it is.
Basically I'm sorting out every bit of story, basic to advanced so that when I continue it isn't just a mess of quests and dialogue. This has mostly involved staring at various pages on the Oddworld Library searching interviews and looking at concept art. (Thanks a bunch to Xavier for answering some of my silly questions)
Currently I'm even drawing where the locations you visit are on a map of Mudos, so that for the most part it all makes sense. It's a lot of effort but to me getting the lore and world correct is one of the most important things for me to achieve in this project.
Oddworld has always been about the world you're in; if I can't stay true to that then I won't be making something that I truly enjoy making.
