EDIT: Anyone seen these things driving around yet? I overtook one of these things the other week (yes, on the above "vehicle"). Forget your Fiat Multipla, these things look weird as hell, and impractical. And I'm one of the ones who thought the Smart FourTwo wasn't a bad thing.

I think potentially it could work well in a place like London, but exactly what can this thing do better than something like Citroen C1 or a Volkswagen Up that are not only decent looking cars, but you won't look silly driving them, and they can seat four people and they are roughly the same price as a Twizzy! Ok so it's fully electric you don't pay road tax, and you don't have to pay the congestion charge in London, but the Citroen C1 only costs £20 a year to tax because it has really low emissions.
EDIT: I actually didn't think that the Fiat Multipla was ugly when it first came out, I think I was more astounded by the fact that they managed to build it on top of the Fiat Brava, same applies to the Citroen Picasso, still in shock they managed to build it on top of the Citroen Xsara.
