It smiled. The feeding had been farely easy. The Mudokon mother was half way down the beach and had put up little resistance. The child was the hardest to catch. He had ran back down to the shack to try and find his father. The winged figure had smashed the door down to the shack and fed off of the child just before a shot had interupted the feed. The Mudokon male was holding a shot gun and had shot it, in the back, just between the wings. The creature had tried to speak, clicks and grunts were the only dialect and another shot had erupted. This time hitting it in the stomach. It had left no entry wound however and had seemed not to exit the creature either. It did make the body ripple like that of a pond though. Again, the creature tried to talk, waving its arms about franticly. But the Mudokon had only fired another shot. The creature, Alien to this world, was getting annoyed. It had stepped forward, putting its hand on the nozzle of the gun and forcing it to point in a different direction. Another shot rang out, but the bullet just hit the hand and disserpeared. Once again no exit wound, nothing. The Mudokon male had sheer disbelief written all over his face. It seened to be invincible. A small hiss escaped his attackers vocal cords as it beat him to the ground with its free arm. Throwing the gun to one side it flipped him over with ease so he was on his stomach and then made some more clicking noises, in a seemingly softer tone as it crouched down over his body. It then brought both of its claws up to the mans temples, holding its palms inches away from them. Bolts of electricity escaped the clawed hands and hit the mans head, a weezing sound escaped the monster as it did this and the man jibbered insanely. Finally the creature stopped and stood up. A high pitched screech left its mouth as its head vibrated rapidly, making its body convulse. All that was left of the head was a black blur. The creature stopped and collapsed, lying down on the floor it looked up at the ceiling.

Creature: "I-i-iiiiiiii *Clicks* iiiii-I am. Am...Am...I am...*Clicks and grunts* Arias...A-A-Arias...Ari.. *Clicks*..AS!!"

Its body shook violently each time it clicked. Finally it stopped and picked itself up off the ground. Its eyes glowing brightly.

Creature: "I am Arias...Arias is my name...A-R-I..."

It repeated this, making sure it could speak properly in the natives dialect before it left the shack.

Arias: "Finally...you understand me now? Christ...i tried to explain but no, you just fired your fireing thing like there was no tomorrow, didn't you?"

The Mudokon was on the floor, motionless, speechless. Arias had taken its language. It was now un-able to speak and paralysed for a short amount of time.

Arias: "Now then...where do i go from here? Humph. Well, i need some more food...Tell me, do you know where there is any living creature around here?"

It stooped down awaiting an answer before realising the Mud was paralysed and raped of its speech. It stood back up again and looked around the room from were he was stood.

Arias: "Yes, shame that. Anyways...i'm gonna go now. Ok...cyaz."

Arias waved a claw and exited through the way he came in. He looked at the bodies on the beach.

Arias: "Shame, dint want to kill 'em."

He stretched out his wings and beat them a couple of times, before leaping into the air and soaring into the clouds. Looking for somewhere which was quite well populated. The way Arias acted wasn't its usual personality, however, it was a severe side affect from taking a creatures ability and incoperating it into you, especially when weak..
