A wobble is an indication of another planet's gravitational pull effecting the star on which it orbits. It must be a rather large planet to have such influence on a star, but then again, I don't profess to know much about astronomy so perhaps the smallest of planets could create a wobble.

That's what I meant when I said the only planets we can detect at the moment are Gas Giants.
