Tell you what, if you think someone is cheating, say, very loudly, "I THINK [NAME] IS CHEATING".

Because seriously, no-one's keeping scores or anything. All you'd do by cheating is ruin the game for yourself. If you're unconvinced by someone's leap of logic, just ask them to explain their reasoning.
