I'd heard about the above post.
Also, here's yet more evidence of YouTube being broken. Even if game devs have explicitly stated that people have permission to post footage of their stuff, it won't protect you from YouTube's bots or false claims - Or stop you from jumping to conclusions and giving said game companies bad press, even though it's not their fault your vid was flagged.
