What is it actually?
It's certainly onomatopoeia, but I'd need to see the scene in context to take a stab at what it's trying to represent.
Also the katakana for tsu and shi are
remarkably
similar
, so pedonerd might just be stutteringly inviting Negi out for raw fish.
