I'm betting a lot of the submissions aren't good quality enough to be useful, judging by a couple of the others I listened to, despite the instructions of "You must have a good mic". Acting quality is probably questionable as well in a lot of them (like mine, heh)... But it was always going to be that way when the the general fan base was asked to submit voice samples. :P
The more submissions there are, the more chance there'll be of finding usable VO material.
E: *later* I'm not being fair - This was a good idea and it was very fun to take part in, which was the point of it. I'm also sure that there have been plenty of decent submissions as well. Good luck to the people working on this.
