Forum tags can only be seen properly and edited on firefox using the two older themes.
I'm not going to name names, but there's only one person I can think of who uses either of them.
EDIT: I've done a little experimenting with the tags. It's possible for me to remove the ones in Off-Topic, because I'm a moderator there, but any user can add at least two of them. If we're to keep the tag system I suggest first mending it, then making it so only the thread starter and mods can add them, and limit it to one per thread.
