I'm one of those strange people who likes grinding, but I'd never call vanilla WoW fun, nor wish to ever do it again.

I find you have to be in the right mindset to grind for any periods of time as it gets painfully boring fast.
However I do like grinding in Pokemon just because there's a chance you'll encounter a rare Pokemon; or perhaps if your lucky enough a Shiny.
The grinding in Dragon Quest 8 is pretty fun too.
