This is my biggest problem with most Creepypasta. They always start out so great, but the endings wind up being super dumb or over-the-top. I figured it was because the writers were always trying to one-up each other.
My fiancee has had some really fucked up nightmares, and has considered condensing them into a Creepypasta/No Sleep entry. I'll post it here if she ever does.
And STM, that picture is horrifying. More horrifying than most Creepypasta turns out to be, at least.
