Not likely. Almost every mass migration in history has been of the middle classes. The first examples that come to mind are the early settlers in the Americas and the pioneers from the East Coast United States to the West.
The rich don't move because they'd have to leave their assets behind. The poor don't move because they can't afford it. It's the middle classes who go, because they see it as an opportunity.
