Behold! my Krapfen - a german/austrian dessert. the dough is similar to that of a donut, but it's much more fluffy and delicious. traditionally filled with apricot jelly. yesterday was the last day of the fasching (carnival) and this is a traditional and ambrosial delicacy of this season.
