What I meant was that Lorne seems to have made it clear that Oddworld is a Black and White world. It therefore follows that the Mudokons are always right...
I agree totally that it would be very unlkely that the mudokon faith was literal,
if we were talking about a real people here. But we're not. We're talking about the made-up good guys from a computer game in which everything we have seen so far is one-sided. I don't think it is very likely that OWI would make the native muds "wrong" about anything... If I were designing Oddworld, it would be a different story, but I'm not, and neither are you...
EDIT: Looking back, this sounded very arrogant and patronising. Sorry, I didn't intend it that way at all. I agree with you on this, I just don't think OWI does...
