My dad (Ambrogio, now
that's an Italian name) makes them and they're fucking amazing. Picture it:
Boiled rice mixed with bolognese, roll it up into a ball and have a chunk of mozzarella in the middle, roll that in breadcrumbs and deep fat fry it. Oh my goooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooood.
