Can I suggest you install a development version of vBulletin 3.6.10 so you know how a theme is even put together? You can't just design your own code and slap it on the forum. You have to follow the template files that come with vBulletin.

I’m not even sure if that’s possible. Jelsoft certainly don’t offer older versions of vBulletin for download.
