Chapter 14 Caught
Jerec awakened to a dim light hanging above his head. He was inside a cell in the catocombs. He was next to another mud who was all bruised and sore, lying on the floor like a wounded elum.
He looked all around but he seemed to be in the deepest parts of the catocombs.
" You must be knew here," said one of the muds.
" What is going on here," Jerec replied back.
" Well, we are now slaves of the Octigi we will be forced to work."
" Why?"
"because they are all evil!"
" Well I'm going to do something about it!"
Jerec silently chanted and went into a transe. He left the cell and looked around in spirit form he could detect the presence of other things. He rentered his body and walked through the wall behind him.
" I'll be back for you."
Jerec headed through the dark passage as quickly and silently as he could. He came back to the main room with the weapon. He headed also to the main chamber of the facility. He found his slypth and picked it up.
Jerec then entered the main audience chamber and saw Octigi with capes, surrounding a throne in which sat a Glukkon wearing a cape although no suit...........
